Monaco are willing to let Radamel Falcao make a stunning move to Chelsea, but only if the Blues pay £80m or offer Demba Ba, Fernando Torres and cash in exchange for the striker, according to reports from The Express.

The Blues were strongly linked with the Colombian ace over the summer, but were unable to secure a deal as he opted instead to join the Ligue 1 side.

However, Falcao has struggled to settle on the Mediterranean coast, with pay issues and worries about his potential to improve as a player at the Stade Louis II a worry.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly set to enter discussions with his Monaco counterpart Dmitry Rybolovlev, who is believed to be open to selling the club’s star name.

He is willing to let Falcao go if the Londoners make a sensational £80m offer – a full £30m more than the Principality-based outfit paid Atletico Madrid for his services just a matter of months ago.

Alternatively, Rybolovlev may consider taking Torres and Ba as part of a deal with a reduced fee involved.

The Chelsea pair are both believed to be nearing the Stamford Bridge exit door, with Jose Mourinho unsure that either player can guide the club to domestic and European glory.
