Moroccan champions Raja led when Mouhssine Iajour hit a low shot past Victor.
Former Barcelona star Ronaldinho curled a free-kick in to level for Mineiro.
But Mohaine Moutaouali's penalty put Raja ahead and Vivien Mabide wrapped up the win with a breakaway goal.

At the end of the match Raja players surrounded the 33-year-old Ronaldinho, who has previously played for Paris St-Germain and AC Milan as well as Barcelona, to ask for his shirt and took off his boots.

The former World Player of the Year has made over 90 appearances for Brazil and is hoping to be included in the squad for next year's World Cup.

Raja will now face European champions Bayern in Saturday's final in Marrakesh.
It will be only the second time since the tournament has been played in its current format in 2005 that the final has not been between a South American and European team.

In Wednesday's earlier game, Egyptian champions Al Ahly were thrashed 5-1 by Mexico's Monterrey , who sealed fifth place with the victory.

Al Ahly were out for revenge against the Concacaf champions, having lost to them in last year's third-place play-off, but were swept aside in Marrakesh.

Cesar Delgado scored twice for Monterrey to become the competition's all-time leading scorer with five goals, surpassing Argentine Lionel Messi, Brazilian Denilson an
d Egyptian Mohamed Aboutrika, who missed the match because of a hamstring injury.

The legendary Ahly midfielder suffered the injury in his side's quarter-final defeat by Guangzhou Evergrande, a match which could be his last if he does not reconsider his decision to retire from football.

Monterrey's other scorers were Neri Cardozo, Leobardo Lopez and Humberto Suazo, while Ahly's lone strike came from Emad Meteab.
