Silva: I voted for Messi, but if I could, I’d change my vote:

In a recent interview Canal+ France, Silva expressed disappointment that he couldn’t change his incorrect vote and explained the error.

“I voted for Messi, but at that time he wasn’t injured. If we consider current form, I think Ribery is closer to the trophy, the same as Cristiano Ronaldo. If I could have another chance to vote, I would change my vote, with Messi’s injury in mind.”

Silva was also disappointed when he initially made his vote for Messi, as he was under the impression that he wasn’t allowed to vote for his own teammate, Neymar.
