Any manager would have had to struggle with United especially given the injuries what we've got. Man Utd needs to be rebuilt and not around Rooney but around our youth, Lingard, Powell and Januzaj.
I think SAF knew this and he picked the only manager in football that will give empasis on youth and has the utter determination to be knocked down again and again and yet have the stubborness to stand his ground and advance inch by inch.
Mourinho creates one good team, and when its time to rebuild or change it a little he moves on. He never loves a club, he never gives it 100%. Also he isn't effective at developing youngsters.
Guardiola is a good manager but he has no idea how to build a team, he always inherrits a great squad and leaves when the squad starts to age and struggle.
Klopp is not gonna leave Borussia Dortmund, he's too comfortable there and he's their hero. Plus i don't think he'll fit in at united or the BPL.
So face it, David Moyes is the only one that will rebuild United again and again with our own youth system.
Brace yourself for things to get a lot worse before they get become great again, thats how it always is with United
